This totally made my mother's day weekend... lobster tails on sale at Dominick's for $6.99 are you out of your mind!
Being the gluts that we are, I bought 4 tails!
Getting the tails ready with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and of course butter! Ron bought I can't believe it's not butter and said I had to use it. I cheated and used real butter on mine. I don't do fake butter.
Roasted asparagus...
One word.... Yum! The last time we had lobster was at Nine and it was the most disappointing lobster experience ever. Erna, these lobsters made me love lobster once again!
