I had a weird craving for pinakbet today and coincidentally my mom was cooking it when I called home. She told me how to make it and here it is... Not bad for a first attempt! I didn't have bagoong though, so I just used patis. Oh well, it satisfied the craving. Yes, I'm fobolicious!
